She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Howard and Charity Collett Howard; and her sister Barbara Sue Morgan. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kelly (Elaine) and Valerie Berns (John); her brother Larry Howe; her grandchildren, Robert, Jenny, Mary Kelly and Sam; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Maeve, Raighan, Brady, Luke, Trent, David, Lisa, Grace and Kaden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, countless friends and many wonderful caregivers.
