She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Walz and Charlane Walz; and her sister Diane Bricking. She is survived by: her husband Stan Schimerman; her children, Tammy Hickman (Dave), Glenn Campbell (Trish) and Shira Brothers; her grandchildren, Christina Haehnle (Travis), Steven Campbell, Gabriel Brothers and Jeremy Hickman (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Eden Haehnle and Ryan Hickman; and her siblings, Dennis Walz, Danny Walz (Lisa), Donna Biddle, Dean Walz and Darran Walz (Lisa).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
