He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Adams. He is survived by: his children, Haley Adams of Florence, Akiyah Adams of Cincinnati, Kiearre Adams of Cincinnati, Kor'rae Adams of Cincinnati and Storm Adams of Union; his father Henry Adams of Taylor Mill; his siblings, Kimberly Reams of Covington and Jeremy Adams (Ashley) of Independence; and his grandchildren, Kehlani Rose and Avyana Amari. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
