He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Peppers and Irene Peppers; his wife Maureen Peppers; his children, William Peppers, Lisa Kibbee, Barbie Williams, Michael Kirschbaum and Thomas Pepperz; and his brothers, Robert and Randy Peppers. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
