It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Howard of Symsonia, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Ray and Deltrice Pauline Howard (Kaler). He is survived by: his friend Sherry Clark of Symsonia; his cousins, Dana Spears of Benton and Brenda Counts of Symsonia; and also, Bridget Mounce, Michelle Clark, Eric Clark and Erica Neal.
