She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Johnson; her parents, Ross Barker and Mabel Barker (Anderson); and her siblings, Betty McManus, James Barker, Larry Barker and John Barker.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Smith (Macklin) of Hickory, KY and Steve Johnson (Melba) of Symsonia, KY; her grandchildren, Misty Smith Goodman (Ryan), Marty Smith (Allison) and Keisha Johnson; and her stepgrandchildren, Christy Gipson and Jeri Gipson. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and several step great-grandchildren.
