With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Lee Cox of Symsonia, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Williams and Virginia Cook Williams; her husband Bernist Cox; her daughter Leanne Happe; and her sister Virginia Foucault.
She is survived by: her children, Keri Vaughan (Jason) of Paducah, Michael Baker (Angie) of Symsonia, Jeffrey Baker (Lisa) of Hickory and Jamie Cox of Paducah; her siblings, Sharon Eichenberger (Walter) of Mt. Vernon, Indiana and Paul Williams (Carol) of Evansville, Indiana; her son-in-law Jeff Happe of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; her grandchildren, Sarah Baker, Christina Marks (Richard), Bridgette Brann (Jonathan), Maddie Will (Nick), Betsy Happe and Jonathan Vaughan (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Ty Hall, Chloe Brann, Cambria Marks, William Vaughan, Violet Vaughan and Henry Will.
