He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Watkins and Audrey Barnes Watkins; his sister Martha Ann Wyatt; and his son-in-law Joey Gamble. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Watkins (Ivy); his daughters, Lisa Gamble of Symsonia and Angelia Perkins of Symsonia; his grandchildren, Andrew Perkins (Cate) of Lexington, KY, Lea Ann Stahr (Kevin) of Symsonia and Elizabeth "Liz" Walker (Logan) of Symsonia; and his great grandchildren, Walter Perkins, Lane Stahr, Madison Walker and Bryson Walker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
