She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Bolen and Ruby Cunningham Bolen; her husband John Hayden; and her sister Patsy Gibson. She is survived by: her son Michael Hayden (Dena) of Benton, Kentucky; her grandson Michael Sizemore; her great grandchild Noah Sizemore; and her sister Patricia Higdon of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
