It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael D. Johnson of Sweeden, Kentucky, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Henry; and his sister Patricia Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Peggy C. Johnson; his son Derek Johnson (Betsy Raines) of Scottsville; his grandchildren, Cameron Raines and Alex Johnson; his siblings, Margaret Houchin (David), Elbert Johnson (Mollie), Delbert Johnson (Kim) and Tony Johnson (Sheila); his former wife Jackie Johnson; and also Debbie Allen (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
