He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Weber and Katherine Stiffler Weber; his wife Joyce Gipson Weber; his son Fred Weber; his stepson Michael Gipson; his grandchildren, Courtney Decker (Jonathon), Brittni Gipson and Dustin Gipson; his sister Jeannette Dingler; and his stepdaughter Georgia Arthurs. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
