He is survived by: his children, Terry Spainhoward (Janice) of Bee Spring, Jerry Spainhoward (Marsha) of Brownsville and Flora Ellen Jones of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Terry Lee Spainhoward (Keisha), Nick Spainhoward (Maryjane), Diana Lindsey (John), Marcie Hack (Brandon), Jeremy Spainhoward (Maria), Sarah Griffith (Tyler), Michael Jones, Matthew Jones, Scotty Pilkenton, Cody Pilkenton (Amanda), Jonathan Vincent (Chasey), Brenda Jean Vincent and Tyler Russell; and his brothers, Lewade Spainhoward (Vicki) of Scottsville, Johnny Spainhoward (Pam) of Glasgow and Vertran Spainhoward (Linda) of Lindseyville. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
