She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dial and Ruby Nell Compton Dial. She is survived by: her husband Willie Everett "Bimbo" Skaggs; her daughter Connie; her son-in-law Mike Walker of Green County; her son Tony Skaggs of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Josh Skaggs of Campbellsville, Lauren Skaggs of Campbellsville, Paige Edmonds of Marion County, Saige Riggs of Green County and Cole Edmonds of Green County; her great grandchildren, Skyler Skaggs of Campbellsville, Parker Riggs of Green County and Kolbi Edmonds of Green County; and her siblings, Randall (Karen Dial), David Russell (Carol Dial), Roy Davis (Pat Dial), Judy (Randall J. Creason), Bonnie (Ricky Russell) and Brenda (Ron Babcock). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hosparus of Green River which can be made at the funeral home.
