He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Roosevelt Milby and Ruth Elizabeth Milby; his wife Mary Russell Milby of Summersville; his daughter-in-law Eddie Wood; his daughter Lea Ann Milby of Summersville; his siblings-in-law, Carlos Lee of Summersville and Mazie Lucado of Taylorsville; and also, Barbie Milby of Summersville, Chad O'Brian Milby, Emily Worful of Elizabethtown, Stephen H. Milby of California, Judy Milby of Summersville, Henrietta Burkhardt and Ed Burkhardt of Louisville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother.
