With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Milton Creed Bloyd of Summersville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Bloyd and Gladys May Marcum Bloyd; and his wife Elizabeth Kitty Bush Bloyd. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Bloyd of Summersville, Gayle Edmonds of Summersville and Billy; his daughter-in-law Becky Bloyd of Summersville; his daughter Kathy Walker of Summersville; his grandchildren, Carrie Martin of Summersville, Jonathon Bloyd of Summersville, Melanie Edmonds of Summersville, Cody Bloyd of Summersville and Emily Patterson of Summersville; and his great grandchildren, Jaydon, Maddux, Ella, Owen, Daisy, Wyatt, Jathon and Ashton.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or Hosparus of Green River which can be made at the funeral home.
