She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Mae Akin (Combs) and Walter Samuel Akin; her husband Aaron Wayne Milby; and her siblings, Donald Ray Akin, Sarah Lucille Moran and Bobby Gene Akin.

She is survived by: her son Michael Wayne Milby (Rosemary Taft-Milby) of Cleveland, Ohio; her grandchildren, James Grant Milby (Holly Lynn Ratliff) of Richmond, Virginia and Anne Kathryn Milby-Anderson (Ian Anderson) of Richmond, Virginia; and her sister-in-law Barbara Rose Dalton of Scottsdale, Arizona..
