He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward Scott and Juanita Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy I. Noe Scott of Summersville; his daughter Susie Scott Mitchell; his son-in-law Phillip of Summersville; and his son Jerry DeWayne Scott of Summersville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home (206 S Main St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Aetna Grove Cemetery (2368 Aetna Grove Church Rd, Summersville, KY 42782).
