It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Suella Thomas Bradshaw of Summersville, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Marion Kenneth Thomas, Sr.; and her sister Angelina Gillis. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Crenshaw Thomas Autrey of Greensburg; her husband Kenny Ray Bradshaw of Summersville; her son Travis Wade; her daughter-in-law Haley Nicole Bradshaw of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Aveline Mora Adams of Greensburg and Seraphina Lynn Bradshaw of Greensburg; her siblings, Marion Kenneth Thomas of Louisville, John Thomas of Mt. Washington, Jamie Thomas of Greensburg and Robyn Elizabeth Thomas of Louisville; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby and Debbie Bradshaw of Summersville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
