She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Benton and Mildred Mae Hagan Wells; her husband Ronald Hilary Underwood, Sr.; and her sister Lorna Lou Wells. She is survived by: her children, Michael Underwood (Robyn) of Summer Shade, KY and Antoinette Lorenzen (Scott) of Bloomington, IN; her stepson Ron Underwood, Jr. (Romana) of Willow Shade, KY; her grandchildren, Emily Just, Erin Underwood, Elijah Underwood, Jacob Lorenzen, Joshua Lorenzen, Jason Underwood, Elliot Underwood and Wyatt Underwood; and her sisters, Betty Colin of Martinsville, IN and Sandy Underwood (Marshall) of Summer Shade, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gee Harvey Cemetery.
