She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Curtis Whitlow; her siblings, Edna Marie Cummins, Ruby Hegseth, Patty Nell Williams, Lucille Cummins, Clarence, Virgil, Tom and Alonzo Cummins; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Cummins, Earling Hegseth and Lewis Williams; and her friend Jean Blakeman Rhea.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Acree (Peter) of Randolph, Jesse Whitlow (Gale) of Randolph, Paul Whitlow of Randolph, Sam Whitlow (Kimberly DeWeese) of Randolph and David Whitlow (John Scheller) of Evansville, Indiana.; and her niece Sondra Nuckols. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Randolph Visitation for the public will be Saturday March 27 from 10:00 A. M. till 2:00 P. M. Face masks are required, social distancing practiced and no food or drinks are allowed.
