She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Spears and Vandana Short Spears; her husband Carl Frazier (Shorty); her son Tim Mosby; and her siblings, Hubert, Sammy Spears, Albert Walker and Glen Huffman.

She is survived by: her son Tony Mosby (Deleda) of Lucas, KY; and her grandchildren, Casey Crain, Karla Decker, Anthony Mosby, Erica Waid and Justin Mosby. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
