He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Welsh and Dollie Riddle Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hinkle Welsh of Summer Shade, KY; and his daughter Michelle Welsh of Park City, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McMurtrey Funeral Home (2232 Summer Shade Rd, Summer Shade, KY 42166). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
