Jean Emmert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Emmert of Summer Shade, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hopkins and Eunice Wall Hopkins; and her siblings, Bill Hopkins, Harold Hopkins and Kay Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Emmert of Summer Shade; her sons, Brad Shockley (Amy) of Texas and Jeremy Emmert; and her sisters, Donna Durham of Illinois and Karen Hicks of Texas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude in memory of Mrs. Emmert.
