We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2020, at the age of 70, Eddie Ford (Summer Shade, Kentucky), born in Glasgow, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Ford and Dora Farley Ford Bray. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lawson Ford; his children, Lee Anne Ferguson (Tony) and Eddie Daryl Ford Jr. Summer; his grandsons, Cory Blazejewski, Cody Blazejewski (Kayla), Camren Blazejewski and Colten Blazejewski; his great grandchildren, Emry Reign Blazejewski and Kylee Jane Blazejewski; his stepgrandchildren, James Blake Ferguson, Brittany Ferguson Slaughter (Cody) and Brianna Page; his stepgreat-grandsons, Brendon Ferguson, Preston Page, Liam Slaughter and Hunter Ferguson; and his sisters, Diana Warren (Roger) and Mt Hermon (Jolene Isenberg). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to current Covid 19 restrictions social distancing will be practiced, mask required, and temperature will be taken when entering the facility.
