He is survived by: his siblings, Tema (Jeff), Donald Bartley (Tammy Phillips), Danny, Larissa and Summer Shade; his close friend Robin Paull; his grandchild Kimber Matthews; and his stepsister Stephanie Davis (Daniel).
Due to Covid restrictions face mask are required, limited seating and no food or drinks.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Summer Shade Fire Department.
