He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rowlett and Emma Horner Rowlett; his wife Myra Gail Whitlow Rowlett; his son Robert Clinton Rowlett; and his brothers, Wesley Creed (Rowlett) and Bobby Joe Rowlett.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Rowlett (Ann) of Edmonton, KY, Teresa Gray (Donnie) of Milltown, KY and Myra Dubree (Greg) of Summer Shade, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan Rowlett (Sabrina), Marissa Rowlett, Greg Carlton (Amber), Amber Rowlett, Damien Mikel (Leslie), Bailey McClure, Tyler Dubree (Allison) and Jordan "Peanut" Harper (Lee); and his siblings, David Rowlett (Sally), Clyde Rowlett (Christy) and Marie Garrett. He is also survived by twenty two great grandchildren.
