He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hagan and Mary Jewell Hagan (White). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Hagan; his sisters, Patsy Harper (Tim), Summer Shade and Sherry Wheeler (Greg); his mother-in-law Ellen Smith; his sister-in-law Nancy Miller; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Day, Amy Miller, Jalyn Turner, Brittany Piercefield, Bronson Bowker, Daniel Miller, Kiefer Wheeler and Kyle; his sister Judy Mae Hagan; his niece Jerica Hammer; and his father-in-law Clifton L Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
