He is survived by: his wife Dana "Grider" Parnell of Summer Shade; his daughter Wendy Stephens (Jerry) of Randolph; his siblings, Becky Pike (Ricky) of Georgia, Sheila Reece of Knob Lick, Jay Parnell (Martha) of Knob Lick and Micah Parnell (Jenny) of Sulphur Wells; his grandson Chase Stephens of Randolph; and his brother Tommy Parnell.
