It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Shirley of Summer Shade, Kentucky, born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Mae (Evans) and June Andrews. She is survived by: her husband W. C. Shirley of Summer Shade; her children, Sherry Tooley of Summer Shade, KY, Lesa VanDehey of Fort Mill, SC, Melissa Faye Radford of Bowling Green, KY, Jeff Shirley of Boiling Springs, SC, William Shirley of Tompkinsville, KY and Donnie Lamont Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY; and her siblings, Brenda Sue Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY, Marie Johnson of Bowling Green, KY. and Phillip Hamilton of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren.
