He is survived by: his parents, Donald Ballard, Sr. and Linda Callis (Bentley); his significant other Jessica Walls; his children, Jason Michael Bowman, Waylon Isaac Callis of Sulphur and Brelynn Renee Callis of Sulphur; his brothers, Donavin C. (Paula Callis) and Donald B., Jr. (Emily Callis); and his grandmother Edith Callis (Straughn) of Sulphur.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Covington Baptist Church.
