He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Retzlaff and Bertha Retzlaff (Broening); his wife Venetha June Retzlaff; his son Lynn H. Retzlaff; and his siblings, Verna Retzlaff, Ralph Retzlaff and Fred Retzlaff.

He is survived by: his children, Diane Lee of New Castle, Craig Lee Retzlaff (Cindy) of Sulphur and Dennis Dean Retzlaff (Debbie) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
