He was predeceased by: his parents, Pallos Elkins and Pearl Elkins; and his wife Sue Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Elkins and Steve Elkins; his sister Flossie Frailey; his daughter Laura Faith of Pride, KY; his grandchildren, Buffy House, Shane Elkins, Heather Lewis, Maxi Hall and Preston Bannister of Eddyville, KY; and his daughter-in-law Mary Jo Elkins of Henderson, KY.. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
