It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delmer Vaughn of Sullivan, Kentucky, born in Blackford, Kentucky, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Vaughn and Helen Vaughn; and his brother Donald Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Vaughn; his daughter Debbie Vaughn of Clay; his stepdaughter Debbie Hampton (Marvin); his sister-in-law Joanie Greene of Ashland City, TN; and his nephew Randy Vaughn of Hartford. He is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren, and several cousins.
