He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brown of Franklin, KY; his children, Nikki Quarles, Emily Keene, Jonathan Keene, Monica Keene and Billy Keene; his mother Judy Blanchfield; his sister Kimberly Blanchfield; and his stepchildren, Alexis Workman (Jake), Austin Williams and Danika Brown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and aunts and uncles.
