He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilbert Certain and Edna Ethel McKendree; and his siblings, Joyce Price (Kenneth), Harold Certain and Joann (Kathryn).
He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Whitehead; his children, Cindy Morgan (Randy) and David Certain (Jill); his stepchildren, Nancy Gibson of Henderson, Bill Holloran (Shalisha) of Murray, Bob Holloran of Fenton, MO and Dan Holloran of Camden; his sister Sherrie Williams (Stanley) of Tupelo Mississippi; and his sister-in-law Judy Certain of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
