He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Teasley Frazer. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Roe Frazer II (Sandy) of Nashville, Joseph Atchison Frazer (Katherine) of Miami, Robin Frazer Clark (Bill) of Atlanta and Georgia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Frazer family requests donations in memorial to Tom Frazer be made to the Sturgis Kiwanis Club.
