He is survived by: his wife Shirley White of Sturgis, KY; his children, Kathleen Vanatta, Bethany White of Greenbrier, TN, John White, Ricky White and Anthony White of Blackford, KY; and his siblings, Betty Foster, Connie Parrish of Henderson, KY and Ronnie White of Florida.
