She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Pearl Farthing; her former husbands, James Boyd Beach and Ronald Eugene Powell; her daughter Kimberly Ann Mosley; her grandson Nathan Eugene Wright; and her sister Linda Gayle Mannahan.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Walker of Sturgis, KY; her children, Jennifer Gilland (Billy Joe Stewart), Ashley Dawn Johnson of Henderson, KY, Cassie (Michael Hoskins), Nichole and Jeremy Dale Powell (Pam Hopkins); and her siblings, Paula Eversole of Clay, KY and Randy Farthing. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren.
Burial will be in Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis, KY, Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
