With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharon Lee Farmer of Sturgis, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee and Eula Mae Myers; and her siblings, Betty Sheffer of Henderson and Tim Myers of Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Farmer; her sons, Kevin Farmer (Lennie) of Sturgis, KY and David Farmer (Brittany) of Vincennes, IN.; and her grandchildren, Bailee Farmer of Oxford, MS, Peyton Farmer of Jackson, TN, Weston, Walker Farmer of Sturgis, KY, Brooklyn, Madison and Preston Farmer of Vincennes, IN.. She is also survived by mother and a devoted nana, often bragging about her grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitsell Funeral Home - Sturgis (609 N Main St, Sturgis, KY 42459). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to Sturgis First Baptist Church and St. Anthony's Hospice.
