He is survived by: his daughter Amy Jo Beach (Trevor) of Morganfield, KY; his grandchildren, Deavory Ken Slaton, Joel Slaton, Donavin Ken Slaton of Ohio County, KY and Deegan Kole Slaton of Ohio County, KY; and his niece NephewsGraveside.
