He is survived by: his wife Daphne Markham; his son Keith James "Jimmy" Markham (Michelle) of Sturgis, KY; his stepchildren, Chelsee Self of Ft. Worth, TX, Jeremy Moran and Chris Murdock (Amanda) of Ft. Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Trey Howard, Brianna Westerman and Jordan Moran.
