She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Louis and Pearl Phillips Hackworth of Logan; and her husband James A. Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hart (David) of Sturgis and Eric Shaffer (Nancy) of Madisonville, KY; her grandchildren, Tyler Shaffer (Corina), Kelsey Crowell (Ethan) and Heather Kirton (Charles); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Murphy and Ashley Bickel (Jacob); and her great great grandchildren, Annie and Eric.
