She is survived by: her sons, Thomas E. Smith, Doug Smith and David Wayne Smith of Clay, KY. She is also survived by Brother Euwell Babb of Hawaii 9 - Grandchildren 17 - Great-Grandchildren 5 - Great-Great Grandchildren.
