She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Holt, Jr. and Velma Small Holt; her stepfather Leiter H. Simpson; her brothers, Bill Holt of Murray, KY and David Holt (Vicki) of Sturgis; and her great-niece Mary Holt Statom of Moultrie.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Chapman of Murray, KY and Scott Chapman of San Ramon, CA; her sister-in-law Patricia Holt; and her husband John Chapman. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
