She is survived by: her children, Neta Benningfield and Johnny Mayes; her granddaughters, Jamie, Julie and Leslie Mayes; her sister Elsie Hazel; her brothers-in-law, Roy Corley and Jerry Hazel; her children, Jimmy Mayes (Judy) of Arizona, Rita Meadows of Sullivan, KY, Bobby Mayes of Missouri, Freda Garcia of Morganfield, KY, Jeffery Mayes of Virginia, Jerry Mayes (Kim) of Sturgis, KY, Regina Peters of Georgia and Michelle Buzzard (Brian) of Sturgis, KY; and her siblings, Mary Case (Bob) of Texas, Christine Ervin (Bill) of Owensboro, KY, Helen Stanley of Indiana, James Dailey (Linda) of Sturgis, KY, Barbara Corley of Sturgis, KY and Theresa Bebout of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
