She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Martin and Ethel Martin; her husband Tom Blackburn; and her siblings, Donald, Jimmy, Tony, Eddie Martin, Wanda Williams and Betty "Baby Ann" Newcom.
She is survived by: her daughter Shawna Davenport (Robert) of Wake Forest, NC; her grandchildren, Elayna Davenport of Wake Forest, NC, Nicole Vickers (Chris) of Evansville, IN and Alex Davenport of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchild Warren Vickers; and her sister Phyllis Parker (Bill) of Sullivan, KY.
