He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carr of Sturgis, KY; his sons, Adam Carr and Sean Carr (Marti) of Sturgis, KY; his stepchildren, Kassi Davis (Josh) and Josh Hedgepath of Sturgis, KY; and his sister Mary Vanover of Morganfield, KY. He is also survived by 3 Brothers.
