He is survived by: his children, Julie Ann Hughes (Marshall) of Sturgis, KY, Rachel Collins (Billy Utley), Sue Adamson (Roger) of Spring Grove, KY, Katie Ellen Collins of Caseyville, KY. and Billy Collins (Julie Lynn) of Caseyville, KY.; his son-in-law Buzzy Doyle of Sturgis, KY.; his sisters, Martha Pigman of Dixon, KY and June Bandish of Virginia; his grandchildren, Chris Doyle (Nicki), Justice Collins, Joey Collins, Matt Collins, Ryan Collins, Emma Collins, Mia Collins and Taylor Collins; his great grandchildren, Cael Doyle, Nathaniel Markham and Eden Collins; and his close friends, Joey Phillips and Roy Adams.
