It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Eugene Hayes of Sturgis, Kentucky, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Marie Tucker Hayes and Lowell Eugene Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean Travis of Sturgis, KY; his daughter Jennifer Hayes Crawford (Lance Robichaux); his brother Eddie Hayes (Zonia) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Kendall Shaw of Louisiana, Tanner Crawford of Louisiana, Whitney Fritts and Jessie Smith.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice or Sturgis Cumberland Presbyterian Church.** Family ask you to wear a mask during services.
