She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pierce and Lovie Norris Pierce; her husband Samuel Utley; her daughter Ruby Overfield; and her siblings, Nellie Walters, Hazel Jennings, Cecil Pierce, Garnett Pierce, John Pierce, Bill Pierce and Marshal Pierce (Sam).

She is survived by: her children, Susan Howard (Estil) of Sturgis, KY, Billy Utley (Rachel) of Sturgis, KY and Randy Utley (Pam) of Caseyville, KY; her grandchildren, Wendy Utley, Cody Utley, Alicia Overfield, Amber Hartley, Jody Utley and Ashley Utley; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Ford, Jenna Mae Utley, Emma Jane Utley, Laine Overfield, Rowdy Overfield, Harper Overfield, Ian Lanham, Camden Lanham and Brayson Lanham.
